Data Analysis and Reporting:

Qualifications and Experience:

<li class="MsoNormal" style="text-align: justify;">Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field; a master&rsquo;s degree is advantageous.</li>
<li>Established track record in process improvement and lean manufacturing principles, preferable within pottery or ceramics manufacturing, but not essential.</li>
<li>Proficiency in statistical analysis tools and methodologies.</li>
<li>Certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma, showcasing prowess in process improvement and project leadership.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in reviving and optimising manufacturing areas, re-establishing a culture of continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Driven by tangible results, with a desire for driving positive change and achieving meaningful outcomes.</li>
<li>Self-motivated, capable of independently leading and steering improvement projects.</li>
<li>In-depth familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control practices would be desired but not essential as a fresh set of eyes is more important.</li>

Continuous Improvement Director

Location: Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire/East Anglia/East Midlands
Role Overview: Reporting to the Group Managing Director, as Managing Director you will have full P&amp;L and operational responsibility for the Business Unit. Direct reports include the Site General Manager and full Senior Leadership Team to deliver and exceed KPI&rsquo;s (H&amp;S, Quality, Service &amp; Financials).
Key Responsibilities:

<li>As part of your role, you will formulate the strategy to drive sales and consistent profit, working with our existing customers and B2B to further develop new opportunities, both in terms of customer base but also added value capability.</li>
<li>You will be the key in driving the growth, using &ldquo;first to market&rdquo; innovation plans and investment strategy to optimise and embed sustained competitive advantage.</li>
