Position Overview

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will play an instrumental role in driving the completion of capital-based projects, ensuring the smooth running of manufacturing facilities. You will be at the centre of enhancing the safety, legality, and quality of various aspects of the company's operability spanning from buildings and services to products and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the completion of capital-based projects to enhance the manufacturing facility's operability.
  • Undertake risk assessments for buildings, equipment, and processes prior to installation.
  • Managing project finance budgets, cost-benefit analyses, and financial controls.
  • Monitor and review project timeline, identifying and mitigating risks where necessary.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to support department and operational KPIs.
  • Define and endorse safe working practices within all operating procedures.

Requirements

  • Professional qualification in project management.
  • Experience in civil/structural/project management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good commercial/business acumen.
  • Decisive and influential team player.
