Qualifications and Experience:

<li>Certified as a Black Belt in Six Sigma, showcasing prowess in process improvement and project leadership.</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience in reviving and optimising manufacturing areas, re-establishing a culture of continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.</li>
<li>Driven by tangible results, with a desire for driving positive change and achieving meaningful outcomes.</li>

Location: Cambridgeshire/Lincolnshire/East Anglia/East Midlands
Role Overview: Reporting to the Group Managing Director, as Managing Director you will have full P&amp;L and operational responsibility for the Business Unit.
