Responsibilities
- Develop new product concepts in response to internal and external briefs.
- Manage New Product Development and Existing Product Development projects from concept to launch.
- Maintain excellent relationships with customers during site visits and product presentations.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Innovation departments to keep abreast of latest trends.
- Prioritise workload and optimise resources within the Product Development team.
- Ensure continual improvement of products within the customer base.
- Uphold health, safety, hygiene and QA practices in the kitchen.
Requirements
- Degree Level/HND or equivalent.
- Previous development experience in food manufacturing.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to function effectively autonomously or within groups.
- Proficient in Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and strong working knowledge of HACCP principles.
