Overview: We are recruiting a proactive and highly organised Supply Chain Co-ordinator to join a dynamic and fast-paced fresh produce business. Reporting into the Planning & Logistics Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the right stock is available at the right time, supporting factory performance, minimising waste, and maintaining product freshness.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong raw material planning experience who thrives on ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement within a forward-thinking supply chain team.

About you…
•    Previous experience as a Supply Chain Co-ordinator or similar within a Food Manufacturing or FMCG environment.
•    Strong understanding of demand planning and stock management processes.
•    Confident liaising with suppliers and building effective working relationships.
•    Experience managing imports and working with external agents is advantageous.
•    High level of computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
•    As Supply Chain Co-ordinator, experience with Dynamics Nav and/or Power BI would be desirable.
•    Proactive, solutions-focused and confident leading investigations and root cause analysis.

What will you be doing?
•    Ensuring the right stock is available at the right time to support production and avoid line downtime.
•    Creating and maintaining raw material plans aligned to demand and communicating plans to suppliers and production teams.
•    The Supply Chain Co-ordinator will be updating stock levels and pack out figures to ensure accuracy across systems.
•    Working closely with procurement and farming teams to understand harvesting and quality constraints that may impact plans.
•    Reporting discrepancies, leading investigations and supporting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
•    Managing import schedules, keeping trackers updated and communicating changes across the wider team.
