Overview: Your opportunity to work for a leading food manufacturer in the position of a QA Shift Lead on a 12-month FTC. 

About You:
•    Experience working as a Quality Assurance Lead, you will also need experience of working in a UK food manufacturer.
•    HACCP level 3
•    Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
•    You will be proficient in all Microsoft packages.

What will you be doing?
•    Responsible for all quality and food safety in line with the customers on shift
•    Ensure that all Quality Assurance procedures are captured and dealt with on shift
•    Lead and coach production staff to ensure they adhere to quality standards 
•    Carry out audits in line with the audit schedules closing out all audit non-conformances raised.
•    Cover out of office crisis situations
