Overview:
We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to join a respected and growing food business based in Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving value, innovation, and best practice across indirect categories — particularly supporting the IT and Marketing teams — within a business that truly values people, purpose, and doing things the right way.

About You:
•    Proven experience in strategic procurement, ideally across indirect categories such as IT or marketing.
•    Strong relationship builder with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
•    Skilled negotiator with excellent analytical and commercial awareness.
•    Confident managing tenders, contracts, and supplier performance.
•    Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects at pace.
•    Ideally qualified to degree level or CIPS accredited (or working towards it).

What will you be doing?
•    Developing and implementing category and sourcing strategies aligned with business goals.
•    Managing supplier selection, evaluation, and contract development processes.
•    Leading tenders and negotiations for high-value goods and services.
•    Supporting departments with procurement guidance to ensure value and compliance.
•    Ensuring all purchasing activity meets ethical, sustainable, and food safety standards.
•    Delivering data insights and performance reporting to support commercial decision-making.
