About You: Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Leader within food manufacturing. Strong background in dairy is essential. Experienced people leader with the ability to influence and develop high-performing teams. Strategic mindset with a hands-on, pragmatic approach. Degree-qualified in Food Science, Dairy Technology, or a related discipline (preferred).   What will you be doing? Leading and developing the technical and QA function across multiple sites. Owning and evolving food safety and quality systems to meet BRCGS, customer and legal requirements. Overseeing raw material quality from intake through to finished product, ensuring full traceability. As Technical Manager, you will be preparing and implementing technical systems and accreditations for a new manufacturing facility. Acting as the main technical contact for customers, auditors and enforcement bodies. Supporting NPD, Operations, and Supply Chain on new product launches, artwork, and shelf-life validation.
