Role Overview: The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for all administration requirements to ensure the smooth running of all the processes within the team. This includes supporting the team with advert posting, CV formatting, answering phone calls and general office administration tasks. 

We are True North Talent; a rapidly growing food manufacturing recruitment business, based in central Manchester. We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Recruitment Administrator to support us in our growth.

Flexible Hours

In return for this, we are looking for someone who has:
•    Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills, both written and verbal.
•    The ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
•    The ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload with a meticulous attention to detail.
•    Experience within an administrative role previously, preferably within a recruitment company.
•    Experience working with Xero is advantageous.
•    Experience working with Bullhorn CRM is advantageous.

What would I be doing as a Recruitment Administrator:
•    Support the team with the management of the database ensuring all data is always accurate and kept up to date.
•    Assist in creating job advertisements and posting on job boards. Maintaining advertisements, updating/removing when required.
•    Maintain the recruitment mailboxes and respond to candidate queries.
•    Obtain employment references as part of the onboarding process prior to candidates start date.
•    Ensure a high standard of friendly and professional communication with candidates and internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
•    Booking interviews between candidates and prospective Employer.
•    Collecting candidates' supporting documents on behalf of the clients.
•    Processing invoices and receipts as and when needed.
