Location: Northamptonshire, West Midlands, Midlands, Field Based. 

Role Overview: This would suit a Sales Manager who can expand existing accounts and quickly win new business. You’ll be working with a list of food manufacturers that other companies would be envious of! 

The Candidate.

·         Proven background selling ingredients into food manufacturers across the UK.

·         You must have the right to work in the UK to apply.

·         Understanding the technical requirements within food manufacturing, whether this be from a food science or culinary point of view its hugely advantageous. 

·         This would suit someone with a senior sales background from a big hitter that supplies ingredients and raw materials to the UK food manufacturing market and can bring on board industry contacts.

·         Candidate must be able to give strong examples of listings won and YOY growth.

The Role.

·         Increasing volume, market share and profitability of the business.

·         Successfully winning new business.

·         Proactively manage Key Accounts, including client visits, gap identification, identifying product issues the customer is having.

·         Management of all development projects inclusive of project pipeline to support new business in line with customer requirements and development brief guidelines.

·         Develop consumer marketing plans for the products in line with the business’s overall strategy.

·         Leading customer presentations for the business in conjunction with Culinary and NPD.

·         Ensure any/all ambassadors remain completely focussed and committed to the growth of the products.
