As a key figure in the organisation, the Supply Chain Manager has a critical role in maximising factory output and customer service through effective planning and resource utilisation.

  • Managing supply and demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and customer service
  • Directing warehousing and distribution
  • Designing and implementing best practices
  • Driving change initiatives
  • Continually reviewing and enhancing the performance of the supply chain team
  • Coordinating travel to UK and European locations as necessary


  • Over 3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain Management role within an FMCG environment, including planning, distribution and procurement.
  • People management and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Education to degree level or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel
  • Experience in continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analysis
  • Demonstrated ability in policy creation and implementation
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Exceptional organisational skills for coordinating and managing tasks and projects
  • Profound commercial awareness of the supply chain and retail business
