Location: Manchester

Role Overview: To work with the HR Manager to support them in in executing HR strategy and initiatives across all sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The HR Advisor is the first point of contact for site HR operational. By developing effective relationships with people managers and employees at site, the role encompasses delivery of HR initiatives to support the employee lifecycle. 
  • Partners and builds effective relationships with MLT and people managers to provide support and guidance with people related issues
  • Builds effective relationships with staff at all levels, providing advice and guidance on a range of HR-related issues to support understanding, alignment/consistency and resolution.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • You will have previous experience with admin/ HR and have a keen interest in developing your career and become a HR Advisor. The business supports personal development and professional study for those who want it.
  • Ideally you will be CIPD qualified or working towards this.
  •  A “can do” attitude and the ability to work with a diverse and super busy site team is a must.
